Training Event Riders
and Horses

Our on-site trainer, Susan Bourassa, is an accomplished Three-Day Eventer, having competed through CCI* (one star). She is committed to helping students reach their goals through quality instruction - building on the tools necessary to be a successful eventer.

Susan is also known for her skill working with young and/or difficult horses. She has broken and trained a string of fox hunting horses as well as bought, trained, successfully competed and sold many off-the-track race horses.

“My goal is to provide quality training and suitable horses for riders of all levels.”

Boarding

Great Bay Farm offers boarding for horses currently in a training or coaching program, as space permits. Boarding fees include twice a day feeding, hay, water, turn-out, blanketing, night checks, and all the other small things that a lot of larger barns charge extra for. Your horse will get top-notch care at Great Bay Farm with the trainer living on-site.
